Refund and Return Policy
At Auralux we want you to be genuinely happy with your order. This policy explains our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, how to start a return, and how refunds work. Auralux is operated by Popuzar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our store is hosted at imp1pj-up.myshopify.com and payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Every Auralux order is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, message us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. We would rather find a solution than leave you with a product you do not love.
This guarantee applies to both of our products:
- The Auralux travel cooler case for GLP-1 and insulin pens (an insulated storage case with two ice packs and a digital temperature display). This is a storage accessory, not a medical device, and it does not treat any condition.
- The Auralux LED light-therapy face mask (a cosmetic device).
How to Start a Return or Refund
To begin, email us at support@popuzar.ai within 30 days of delivery. Please include the following so we can help you quickly:
- Your order number.
- The name of the product or products involved.
- A short description of the issue or the reason for your return.
- Clear photos or a short video if the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was described.
Once we receive your message, we will reply with the next steps. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, since the correct return address depends on the situation and the product.
Condition of Returned Items
For a standard change-of-mind return, items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible. Items that are returned damaged through misuse or that are missing parts or packaging may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Opened Items
If you have opened a product but are still not satisfied, please reach out anyway. We understand that you sometimes need to open the box to know whether a product is right for you. Message us at support@popuzar.ai and we will discuss the options with you on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Not-as-Described Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from how it was described on our store, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email us at support@popuzar.ai with your order number and photos or a short video showing the problem. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You will not be asked to pay return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described.
Who Pays Return Shipping
For returns due to a problem on our end, such as damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items, Auralux covers the cost. For change-of-mind returns where the item is as described and working as intended, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Because our products ship from an overseas fulfillment partner, returning a low-value item is sometimes more expensive and slower than the item is worth. In those cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a partial or full refund without requiring you to ship the item back. If we do this, you do not need to return the product. We will confirm this with you by email before issuing any refund of this kind.
Refund Timing
Once your return is approved, or once we confirm a refund-without-return, we will process your refund to your original payment method through Shopify Payments. Refunds are typically issued within a few business days of approval. After we process the refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, which is usually several business days. If a return needs to be received and inspected first, we will process the refund after the item arrives back with us or with our fulfillment partner.
Shipping and Delivery
Auralux products are fulfilled by an overseas partner. Standard delivery typically takes 1 to 3 weeks, and you will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Prices are shown in US dollars, with UK pricing displayed using your market currency conversion. If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived within the expected window, message us at support@popuzar.ai and we will look into it for you.
