Shipping Policy

This page explains how Auralux ships your order, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong. Auralux is a store operated by Popuzar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, prices are shown in your local currency using the current market exchange rate at checkout.

Where Your Order Ships From

To keep our prices low, we work with an overseas fulfilment partner who ships your order directly to you. We do not hold our own warehouse stock. When you place an order, we forward it to that partner, and they pack and dispatch the items to your address.

This model is what lets a small brand offer quality products at a fair price. The trade off is that delivery takes a little longer than a domestic warehouse. We tell you the realistic timeframes below so there are no surprises.

Processing Time

Processing is the time we need to confirm your order and prepare it for dispatch. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If we expect a meaningful delay, we will email you.

Delivery Time

After your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. The exact time depends on your location and the carriers involved along the way.

Please read processing time and delivery time as separate steps. Your total time from order to doorstep is the processing window plus the delivery window. Tracking sometimes shows little movement during international transit; this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel. Please allow a few days after dispatch for the first scan to appear in the carrier system.

Tips for tracking:

  • Check the email address you used at checkout, including your spam or promotions folder.
  • Save your order number; it helps us locate your shipment quickly if you contact us.
  • If your tracking has not updated for a while during international transit, wait a few days before worrying, as scans between countries can be infrequent.

International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

We currently ship to the United States, which is our primary market, and to the United Kingdom.

Because your order ships from overseas, it may pass through customs on the way to you. Depending on your country and local rules, this can mean a short customs processing delay, and in some cases the carrier or customs authority may apply import duties, taxes, or a handling fee before delivery.

Any such duties, taxes, or fees are set by your local authorities and are not charged by Auralux. They are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these charges. If you are unsure, we recommend checking your local customs guidance before ordering.

If Your Order Is Delayed

If your order has passed the expected delivery window, please do the following before contacting us:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest status and any carrier notes.
  • Confirm the carrier is not holding the parcel for an address detail, a delivery attempt, or a customs charge.
  • Check with neighbours or your local post office or pickup point, as parcels are sometimes held there.

If your tracking still shows no clear progress, email us at the address below with your order number. We will look into it and keep you updated.

If Your Order Is Lost or Arrives Damaged

We want every order to arrive in good condition. If your parcel appears lost in transit, never arrives, or shows up damaged, message us and we will make it right. Please contact us with your order number and, for a damaged item, a photo if possible, so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or another fair solution.

A Note on Our Products

The Auralux travel cooler case is an insulated storage accessory that includes an insulated case, two ice packs, and a digital temperature display. It is a storage and travel accessory, not a medical device, and it does not treat, diagnose, or manage any health condition. Always follow the storage instructions from your medication or pen manufacturer and your healthcare provider.

The Auralux LED light therapy face mask is a cosmetic device intended for at home use. Please follow the included instructions for safe use.
